What's in it for YOU?
There is a slight change in format this year but the spirit and motivation remain the same...to take some time to reflect on 2016, it's highs, lows, blahs and hurrays!! Secret...this is the best way to make sure 2017 is more hurrays than blahs. ;)
What's in it for OTHERS?
This event is FREE. However, inspiring local runner, Jay Baker, will be running 100k that day from Biltmore to Greenville to raise awareness and collect winter coats for local children who are without...so we will join him in this mission. So please bring new or gently used winter coats to donate!
MORE INFO about the Jack and Jill Jacket 100k.
If you'd like to donate but are unable to join us that morning, there is a collection bin at the Elephant's Trunk at 2222 Augusta Street Greenville.
Event Schedule: January 7, 2017

**Run course will accomodate runners, walkers, pup chasers and strollers and distances from 2 miles to infinity! No chips, clock, awards, etc...just you and your own personal goal...**

**Workout will be all levels... but bring a 20-50# sandbag if you want to challenge yourself a bit more!**
BREAKFAST TO FOLLOW!!
This event was created in 2010 to offer a fun, no-stress training event and "race" that was appropriate for all levels to include young and old, visiting family, super speedsters and first time runners. Since then we've had strollers, walkers, ruckers, and even a man carrying two 50#, 5-gallon buckets while dragging a car tire.
This non-profit fun-run , will encourage you to stick with your running goals throughout the holiday season and welcome 2017 with one final celebration!
Run with the Stoix has also been a catalyst for non-runners, who laced up their shoes for fun and then caught the running bug--so invite your friends if they need a little boost getting started.
