Functional Movement Analysis w/ Follow-Up Training and Assessment-- Single Purchase (not in addition to other training)
Start out with an hour long session with a certified trainer to assess your movement patterns, flexibility, joint stability and strength and ability to move through basic athletic positions with coordination, strength and power--all things required to be an efficient runner. You will receive homework to perform multiple times/week and then meet to assess progress and adjust accordingly. This is a great addition for runners of all levels--unless you just naturally run swiftly without injury. Valued at $150.
Stoix 8 Special Rate is $120.
Basic Training Plan--choose from Intro 5K, 5K+, 10K, 10K+ OR Half Marathon
These are eight week training programs. Must have a solid 5-6 mile base in order to be successful with the 10K+ and half marathon programs.
