Phase TWO--Begins Tuesday, March 18: @ 6:00 p.m.
For the new-to-multisport or crossover athlete who is competing in (or contemplating competing in) their first duathlon or triathlon sometime in the future or improve on current level.
This is also a great opportunity to learn how to effectively introduce cross-training into your fitness plan if you are currently a pure runner, cyclist or swimmer.
Training sites will vary and remain within the downtown Greenville Area during this five week session.
Tuesday nights at 6:00 p.m. starting March 18th and concluding April 22.
